Crater Lake National Park Wizard Island has the bluest natural water of any lake in the national parks. At 1,943 feet, it is also the deepest lake in America. This puzzle perfectly captures the deep blue tones of contrasting lake water to the calming muted tones of the sky. Wizard Island is crafted of two smaller islands formed from a Volcanic Cinder Cone left over after the volcano collapsed. Wizard Island is formed at the end of Crater Lake. Visitors are permitted only via boat tours in order to preserve the island and for your safety. Wizard Island is located 6,933 feet above sea level.
